Please read before booking. Vastu and Astro Vastu are traditional belief-based consultation services. They are not a guarantee of financial, health, relationship, career or other outcomes.

Scope of service

The scope depends on the service selected and the information supplied by the customer. Accurate floor plans, directions, measurements and property details improve the quality of analysis. Where information is incomplete, recommendations may require further verification.

Preliminary and expert services

The ₹149 Preliminary Check is a preliminary floor-plan screening and is not a final expert assessment. Expert consultations may consider more detailed orientation, measurements, context and customer objectives.

No professional substitute

Vastu guidance does not replace architectural, structural, legal, financial, medical, engineering, fire-safety or other licensed professional advice. Customers should obtain appropriate professional advice before making structural, financial or health-related decisions.

Customer responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate information and for deciding whether and how to implement recommendations. Any structural change should be reviewed by qualified professionals and comply with applicable laws, building rules and safety requirements.

Bookings and communication

Booking times are subject to confirmation and availability. We may contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email regarding the service you requested.

Intellectual property

Reports, written recommendations and website content are provided for the customer's personal or internal business use unless otherwise agreed. They should not be commercially reproduced or resold without permission.
