Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective date: 30 August 2026

Refunds depend on the stage of service. If you believe a payment was duplicated or a paid service could not be delivered, contact us promptly with the payment reference.

Consultation bookings

If you need to reschedule, please contact us as early as possible. Where practical, an alternative appointment will be offered subject to availability.

Work already started or delivered

Once a consultation, floor-plan analysis or report preparation has started, or the consultation/report has been delivered, the service fee is generally not refundable except where required by applicable law or where the service could not be provided.

₹149 Preliminary Check

If payment succeeds but the preliminary report cannot be generated because of a verified technical failure, please contact us within 7 days. After verification, we may provide a re-run, service credit or refund as appropriate.

Duplicate or incorrect charges

Verified duplicate charges or payment errors will be reviewed and corrected. Bank or payment-provider processing times may apply after a refund is initiated.

₹149 consultation adjustment

Where shown as eligible, the ₹149 Preliminary Check fee may be adjusted once against one Expert Vastu Consultation booked within 30 days of the Preliminary Check, subject to the terms displayed at the time of booking.
