This may include your name, email address, phone number, property details, floor plans, consultation notes, booking/payment references and information you voluntarily provide.

Floor plans and uploaded material

Floor plans and property images are used for the Vastu service you request. Please remove unnecessary personal information before uploading documents. We do not intentionally request sensitive identity documents for a standard Vastu consultation.

Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Card, UPI or banking credentials are handled by the payment provider and are not intended to be stored directly by this website.

Account and record retention

AI Preliminary Check records may be retained for up to 30 days for report access and applicable consultation credit. Expert consultation booking records may be retained for up to one year for service, support and record-keeping purposes, unless a longer period is required by law.

How information is used

Information is used to deliver the requested service, communicate about bookings and reports, provide support, prevent misuse, improve the website and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell customer personal information. Information may be shared with service providers only where needed for hosting, authentication, payment processing, email delivery or similar website operations.
